The final design, unit count, and layout will be shaped by the chosen land parcel’s type and terrain features. While specifics may vary, the development will not fall below the outlined minimum thresholds, ensuring consistent brand quality and profitability across all scenarios.
The accompanying P&L diagram is based on a small-scale model comprising 14 units: a mix of 2 villas (80–90m²), 1-bedroom units (50m²), and 2-bedroom units (75m²). This scenario reflects conservative projections using a compact land parcel and minimal viable configuration to illustrate early-stage viability through both off-plan sales and rental income streams. A larger land size or more favorable terrain will allow for additional units — positively impacting P&L projections, ROI, and overall revenue from both sales and rentals.
